As someone who struggled with her weight as a teen and young adult – and someone who LOVES the pleasure of eating flavorful food – I first designed mindful eating practices so I could lose weight AND eat great. (Mission accomplished!)

As a culinary nutritionist and mindful eating coach, I’ve spent the last 15 years showing women like you how to incorporate mindful eating principles into your daily life so YOU can enjoy more pleasure on your plate and palate while looking and feeling your absolute best.  

Regardless of your age, how many babies you’ve had, or what the scale says, you CAN experience more energy, clarity, confidence, and vitality through mindful eating. THIS is what Living Deliciously is all about.
