Option 1: Mindful Meals & Menu Planning


This option includes:


Mindful Eating & Well-Life Assessment that will help us identify your unique nutrition and wellness goals, as well as the types of meals and meal plans that will best serve you and your family, and what nutrition and wellness information you most want, need, and value.

(1) 60-minute phone or Skype session to review your assessment and explore you/your family’s flavor preferences, eating aversions, dietary restrictions, and nourishment goals.

Creation of your 14 Delicious Living menu ideas including suggestions and action steps to bring your kids into the kitchen and enjoy cooking together.

A Mindful Meals Plan that shows you what recipes to cook, when to maximize the use of leftovers, how to get meals on the table in record time, and is customized for you and your family’s schedule and budget.

Email support for 15 days following the delivery of your Delicious Living recipes to answer questions and help you implement your Mindful Meals.
